Education & Career Training

Education and career training is the first pillar making up Stemtac Foundation’s mission in the Community.  Stemtac LLC, a valued partner of Stemtac Foundation, supports our efforts by providing innovative curriculum and program development for STEM education and career training.

These programs touch on a wide range of STEM disciplines, with an eye on creating tangible results.

Entrepreneurship & Custom Business Incubation /Acceleration

Our second pillar, supported by our collaboration partner Space42Ventures, LLC,  delivers our Custom Incubation and rapid prototyping model, designed to provide an advanced level, streamlined, special incubation process. Drawing on our expanded network in the industry, educational, and community-based organizations, we will robustly enhance the incubator's capacity to support entrepreneurs and businesses in the community. We seek to provide all the fundamentals necessary for starting up and scaling high-growth businesses.

Our program employs an Inclusive Competitiveness Strategy, so that it may provide business sector related programs that address the needs of the community population as a whole, and with some additional emphasis on under-represented and under-served minority business enterprises including women, lower-income entrepreneurs, recent immigrants, African American, Veteran disabled, etc. The major focus of our program is to provide resources and business education to these communities in order to help grow a small business that creates more jobs and other opportunities.

Business Development Support Services Consulting

The third pillar of the Stemtac Foundation mission focuses on providing fractional executive/c-suite level support services for corporate development, business management, and strategic planning services in areas such as IT, M&A, and technology development.
Supporting this pillar of the foundation is Impact Variant Consulting Group (IVCG), LLC.

Social Justice, Education Policy & Community Engagement

The fourth pillar of the Stemtac Foundation focuses on driving education policy development and social justice advocacy, while also focusing on family and community engagement.
Our work focuses on helping students develop self-confidence, critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills through STEM education and life skill workshops. The skills students gain become a launchpad for their adulthood. Racism Disrupt is a leading partner supporting this pillar of the Stemtac Foundation.

OUR 501(C)3 FISCAL SPONSOR AND PARTNER

The Greer Institute and Stemtac are collaboration partners, and the Institute serves as STEMTAC fiscal sponsors. Programmatic activity for Stemtac in the Puget Sound Region is therefore supported by a 501c3, enhancing its ability to fundraise in support of the proposed activities.
